2-Year Extended Warranty Policy for Projector Screens

Overview

We are delighted to offer a 2-Year Extended Warranty on our projector screens, providing our customers with added assurance and support beyond the standard warranty period. This extended warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Coverage

Duration: The Extended Warranty extends the original manufacturer’s warranty by two (2) years, following the expiration of the initial warranty period.
Eligibility: This Extended Warranty is available for projector screens purchased directly from us or our authorized retailers and must be registered within 30 days of purchase.


Scope: Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship encountered under normal usage. It offers repairs, replacements, or refunds (at our discretion) for products found to be defective.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under the Extended Warranty:
– Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, water damage, and external causes such as natural disasters.
– Consumable parts, including but not limited to, batteries and bulbs.
– Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the projector screen.
– Damage or defects resulting from failure to follow the instructions related to the product’s care and maintenance.

Warranty Duration Clarification

Please note, the duration of the original warranty or the 2-Year Extended Warranty will not be extended or renewed upon the replacement of the product or any claims made during the warranty period. The warranty coverage is based on the original purchase date of your projector screen. This means that if a replacement is provided or a claim is made, the replacement item will remain covered under the original warranty or extended warranty period, which continues from the date of the initial purchase of the original product, without any extension.

Claims Process

1. Contact Support: To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with your purchase details and a description of the issue.
2. Assessment: We may require additional documentation or images of the defect. In some cases, a return of the product for inspection might be necessary.
3. Resolution: Once your claim is validated, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. We aim to process claims promptly to minimize any inconvenience.

Limitations

– This warranty is non-transferable and is only available to the original purchaser of the product.
– The Extended Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages; it is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price.
– In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the projector screen.
